How to read these numbers

The rates shown are price floors and entry points captured from dated panel crawls: the cheapest listed tier for the closest matching service, not the price of every tier or every quality level. Panels reprice daily, and the same service can differ by a factor of 10 or more across providers, so treat every number here as a starting range and confirm the live rate on the panel before funding.

The cheaper number is not automatically the better one. A service that costs half as much but drops a third of its units within the refill window costs you more in re-delivery time and client complaints. The meaningful comparison is price per 1k plus retention and refill terms, which is why the directory shows those per panel alongside the price floor.
