Common questions

What if the panel's contact email is not the registrant email?

The token is the proof, not the email. Request the token with any working email, then place the file on the domain and confirm: only the domain itself can answer, so the email address is just our contact channel.

Does verification expire?

As long as the token file stays on the domain. The data pull re-checks tokens, and the bonus is revoked automatically if the file disappears.

Can I claim a panel that is not listed yet?

The panel must be in the directory first. If you run a panel we have not tracked, tell us at [email protected] and we will add it for review.

Does verification remove flags?

No. Flags are dated observations and stay until the evidence changes. A verified owner can respond to a flag and request a re-check, which is the real advantage of ownership.
